40 Amazing Vegan Thanksgiving Recipes (Gluten-Free + Oil-Free) (1)

Thanksgiving is my FAVORITE holiday!!

Other than my birthday... but I guess that's not really considered a holiday.

What's not to love about Thanksgiving?!

It's all of my favorite things:

1. SO MUCH delicious food ALL. DAY. LONG. (and leftovers of the delicious food for days to come!)

2. Family and friends

3. Expressing GRATITUDE!

We always go around the table and say what we are grateful for, and every year I am overcome with so much emotion (aka I cry... A LOT. Tears of joy though... that seem to get more voluminous each year...)

I am just so unbelievably FULL of appreciation for this amazing life!!!

No, things aren't always perfect.

They aren't perfect a lot of the time actually. And life can be SO challenging.

But when it comes down to it, I am so beyond grateful for every single experience and person that comes into my life. Good and bad. Happy and sad.

Because life is such an incredible journey. And we are all here to learn and live it TOGETHER!!

On that note, I am SOOOOOO THANKFUL for each and every one of you.

You inspire me every day to continue this blog and pursue my passion of spreading my message that health and wellness can be easy, fun, and DELICIOUS.

We're in this together, friends.

I love you all ❤️

HAPPY THANKSGIVING!!!! ?

I hope you enjoy this collection of 40 of my FAVORITE vegan Thanksgiving recipes! They are all also gluten-free, oil-free and contain no refined sugar.

Yay for a healthy, happy Thanksgiving where we don't put on any holiday weight, woohooooo!
